Recruiting High School Girls XC Teams: FASTR Education Study

It’s that time again! Are you a coach of a high school girls XC team or know a coach who may be interested in having their team participate in a FASTR research study this Fall? The FASTR Program is looking for High School Girls XC teams across the US to participate in our FASTR Education Study in which athletes will engage with educational materials addressing adequate fueling in sport, body image, bone health, and more. Our long-term goal is to inspire resilience in sport and improve mental and physical health in female athletes.

If you are a high school track coach and are interested in having your team participate in this study this Fall please reach out to our team at fastrprogram@stanford.edu! Please also share with interested friends and coaches!
